2011–2011 Audit Strategy
After closing the Morganville office, I
was picked up by the Audit Strategy department.
I spent 11 months developing SQL/Access applications for various
clients.
2009–2011 IT Manager
Responsible for managing all computer
processes and applications for the Northeast Region of an international
auditing corporation.
Provide local and remote support for
over 100 end-users including VPN and remote wireless networks. Support the local
and remote networks/OUs across several states. Maintain 20 file, print, FTP,
SQL and TS servers. Create, maintain and support hundreds of Access and SQL
databases across several servers, and create SQL reports and DTS/SSIS that
combine data from numerous resources.
Perform file and data replication and
transformation, as well as backup and recovery using Arcserv products.
Develop and manage the annual budget. Purchase new items (large ticket items through approved vendors),
and source and purchase smaller items, for the entire region.
Train end-users on in-house created
applications, and MS Office and conduct generalized training classes regarding
areas requiring more frequent support. Automate commonly used processes to
create substantial operational efficiencies.
• Created and maintained a highly
functional Asset Tracking System to monitor machines, warranties and failures
that significantly improved the warranty and repair process, enabled timely
retrieval of data and time critical warranty extensions.
• Developed normalized processes
between the Morganville Audit Center and clients, and with other Audit Centers
to enable vastly increased processing capabilities, and providing auditors with
the ability to work across multiple audit formats.

• Created processes and databases to
